Balm (Traces - 04/2021)

We travelled from dawn to dusk. In silence, I looked out the window, without thinking, confused, deeply shocked by what I had experienced.

The speed gave me back a blurry, indefinite, fleeting landscape. Me too. At first I could only distinguish some shapes, then the textures appeared and finally the light.

I travelled comfortably sitting on the seat, as if drugged, in a strange vigil. Something happened suddenly and the dialogue started again. The usual questions arose, am I awake or am I still sleeping? Am I here or there? Was I at the origin of time? Am I part of eternity? Does the fragility of existence bring beauty to life?

Again Nature exerting a magical power over my littleness. Through the balm of her wisdom, I am recovering my peace wishing to give myself to the repairing embrace of Pacha Mama.

Upon arrival, so many dream landscapes remain in memory that remind us that we are never alone.
