Erica Mohs

Born in 1950 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. An enthusiastic traveler, the camera was always an obligatory companion on her travels for “memory photos” until photography became more important than the travel itself. But it was not until 1995 that she started her first photography workshop and since 1998 she attended several courses and workshops with various photographers.

Participation in group exhibitions at several places of Buenos Aires City and the Provinces of Buenos Aires and Mendoza, and numerous group shows in the photo gallery of the Studio of Marcelo Gurruchaga.

Individual exhibitions: 2010: “Rincones de la Villa” (Corners of the Villa) at the Regional Museum of Villa Urquiza, Province of Entre Ríos. 2011: “Re-mirada” (Re-view) at the UADE Art Institute, Buenos Aires, 2014: “Permanecer en el instante” (To stay in the instant) at T-Bone, Buenos Aires.

Magic (Art in the Origin - 10/2022)

Climbing and crossing, the challenge of starting a new project.

Discover the double exposure. Get out of the comfort zone and find a new world:  superimpose and intercalate, achieve transparencies, new forms, modify and intervene landscapes, invent designs, textures, abstractions ...

Let the imagination and creativity flow.
