Carla Molinari

I am Carla Molinari, a visual artist. I live and work in Pilar, Buenos Aires province.

I am a biologist, yoga teacher, coach, and speech therapist.

My professional journey began in science, exploring life through its smallest processes, and expanded into conscious movement, voice, and human development.

In each discipline, I discovered a different language to speak about the same thing: the connection between body, mind, and emotion. From the precision of biology to the sensitivity of yoga; from the deep listening of speech therapy to the tools of coaching, I have always sought to understand and accompany people in their process of transformation.

Art is the invisible thread that ties everything I do together. I find it in a gesture, in a sound, in a breath, in the moment when someone discovers something new about themselves.

I feel that art has something healing, something that links the intimate with the collective.

I like to think that each work is a fragment of the universe I inhabit, and that by sharing it, something is also transformed in the one who contemplates it.

The Rhythm of the Soul  (Traces Seminar - 06/2025)

What if art could breathe for you?

This piece is born from the body.

From the air that flows in and out.

From that inner pulse we don’t always show,

but that shapes every emotion.

The painting moves like the soul:

gently when there's calm,

restlessly when something hurts or overflows.

Color doesn't just paint — it reveals.

It reveals the invisible rhythms of feeling.

This work seeks to unveil that hidden rhythm:

the one that stirs the mind,

whispers in silence,

and trembles deep within.

A painting that doesn’t stay still,

because neither does the soul.

Through color and motion,

what’s inside becomes visible.

Chaos takes form. Calm expands.

To breathe is to exist.

And sometimes, to exist is simply

to let the soul express itself —

in its own rhythm.
