Moments in Time (Altamira) (NAT Art Residence - Artists in the Country of Altamira - 07/2022)

As an artist, I am interested in notions of what it means to Be Human in time and space: the figure, human movement, stillness, sequential elements, actions, journeys and temporality. The end result of my processes is digital photographic works, handmade and digital drawings.

During my residency in Altamira, I explored the paintings of our ancestors and their archaeological artefacts. And considered the human figure within the context of the extraordinary caves of Cantabria and the surroundings of Altamira.
