Art connects me with a vital, sensitive part, with the most genuine part of the human being. It allows me to release fears, question myself and sublimate experiences. In my projects there is a common thread in relation to time, finiteness, fragility and memory. Fragments of presence - absence return in each work facing the need to leave a mark.

In the academic / teaching field in Art and Design (graduate-postgraduate) in various national and international universities.

Time without Time (NAT Art Residence - 04/2023)

Childhood is genuine creation. Curiosity, capacity for surprise and play. Trial – Error, making mistaker, starting over an venturing into processes without placing expectations on the result. Create without fear, just for the pleasure of doing, inmerse yourself in the playful world, enjoy the moment of expression with the body and soul. Free flowing. Have fun.

This trip is a gift to reconnect with that artist girl who lives in me. I am here to celebrate you. She opened the door for me, guided me to my emotions and reminded me of the path of my own desire.

Life today is too short to carry other people´s fears that we embody as our own, to limit ourselves, repeat stories, and sustain heavy obstacles that palalyze us.

This work was to vibrate in tune with the game, paint, fold, unfold, permeate, roll up, leave a mark on each object. Inside, outside, with no possible hiding place, getting out of the mold, embracing imperfections. It is now, I am sure thar it is time to play again.

Persistent Overflow (Site-specific action)

Internal landscape. Desire persists, repeats itself, remains intact, inhabits a central space, remains motionless. It is a sensation of eternal circularity where beauty is trapped between different temporalities. The hidden desire takes refuge between the rigid barriers that do not allow it to find its own course.

External landscape. Nature is action, movement, change. The swaying of the sea, the force of the wind, the warm sand give the vital impulse to let out the desire of the edges, to dare to break borders. It is a topological sequence, where what is inside rushes to expand and let its own light unfold outwards.
